The promoter of the Promotion is Bapcor New Zealand Limited (NZBN 9429040798745) of C/- TMF Group, Level 11, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand (Promoter). The Promoter, together with its subsidiaries and associated Business Units (including Brake & Transmission Ltd [T/A BNT and Autolign] & Truck & Trailer Parts, are referred to in these Terms and Conditions as Bapcor.

The opportunity to participate in this Promotion will be offered by the Promoter to New Zealand business/trade customers of Bapcor. Participants must have a current Bapcor trading account to be able to participate in the Promotion. Sales made under cash sale account(s) are not eligible. 

The Promotion starts at 12.01am on the 1st of January 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on the 28th of February 2026 (Promotion Period). If permitted by Bapcor's standard trading terms, participants may return a Bapcor product that was purchased during the Promotion Period provided that all eligible product returns must be made no later than 7th March 2026 following the completion of the Promotion Period (Returns Period) and strictly in accordance with those standard trading terms. No returns will be accepted after the Returns Period to ensure the Promoter can accurately ascertain Reward eligibility. 

Reward allocation will take place in March 2026 (Reward Allocation Date) and Participants will be notified if they have earned a Reward shortly after reward allocation has taken place. 

How to participate. Trade customers who purchase qualifying Makita Tools product (DLX2516T and/or DK0176G206) advertised in the Fiesta Summer Deals brochure (Qualifying Product) during the Promotion Period are eligible to receive the corresponding bonus product available with that Qualifying Purchase (the Reward).

The Reward(s) are bonus products as advertised in the Fiesta Summer Deals brochure, corresponding to the Qualifying Product purchased.

  1. The reward is available on a first in first served basis, stocks are limited, and the reward is only available while stocks last.
  2. Prize redemptions will be processed in the chronological order in which the invoices were processed.
  3. Bapcor reserves the right to change the reward delivery processes.
  4. If a Reward is damaged or defective, participants should contact the Bapcor branch from which the qualifying product was purchased.
  5. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
  6. The reward may vary, and images shown may not be the exact representation of the product.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse credits should it determine purchases were not made in the spirit of the promotion.
  8. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  9. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law), Bapcor (including its officers, employees and agents), as well as the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, exclude all liability (including in negligence), for any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity and any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the Promotion, including the acceptance or use of any Reward, including (without limitation):
    a. any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any participant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise; or
    b. any theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such communications; or
    c. any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion; or
    d. any loss of, damage to, or delay in delivery of the Reward.
  11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by ad construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. 

Bapcor’s liability

  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  2. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law), Bapcor (including its officers, employees and agents), as well as the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, exclude all liability (including in negligence), for any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity and any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the Promotion, including the acceptance or use of any Reward, including (without limitation):
    a. any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any participant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise; or
    b. any theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such communications; or
    c. any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion; or
    d. any loss of, damage to, or delay in delivery of the Reward.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, Bapcor is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death related to the Reward.

    Disputes
     
  4. In the case of any dispute pertaining to the Promotion, a participant must notify the Promoter in writing by emailing marketing@bapcor.co.nz. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider a participant’s point of view (taking into account any facts or evidence put forward), and to respond to a participant’s concerns fairly within a reasonable period of time. In all other respects, the decision of the Promoter in connection with all aspects of the Promotion is final.

    Governing law and jurisdiction
     
  5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
  6. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand

    Collection and use of personal information
     
  7. Bapcor will use the personal information collected:
    a. to administer the Promotion, including providing personal information to third party service providers to facilitate providing the participant with the Reward and/or
    b. for future marketing and promotional activities, where participants have indicated their consent to such use by opting in to receive marketing material
  8. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.bapcor.com.au/privacy-policy.php is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions, and provides further information about:
    a. how a participant can seek access to the personal information Bapcor holds and seek the correction of such information; and
    b. how a participant can complain about a breach of privacy and how Bapcor will deal with such a complaint.
  9. If you fail to provide the required personal information, you may not be able to participate in the Promotion and/or receive a Reward. Should the Participant be eligible for a Reward, the participant may be required to provide further personal details to Bapcor to facilitate delivery of the Reward.
  10. Every marketing email and text message Bapcor sends will include a conspicuous and easy-to-use "unsubscribe" link, providing the option of unsubscribing from Bapcor email communications at any time. Once unsubscribed, participants will no longer receive marketing emails from the relevant Bapcor entity.
  11. We may disclose any or all of the participant’s information to any organisation associated with the Promotion (including the Rewards supplier) for the purpose of administering the promotion, providing customer support in relation to the Rewards, and for Bapcor’s promotional, research and/or marketing purposes.

The opportunity to participate in this Promotion will be offered by the Promoter to New Zealand business/trade customers of Bapcor. Participants must have a current Bapcor trading account to be able to participate in the Promotion. Sales made under cash sale account(s) are not eligible. 

The Promotion starts at 12.01am on the 1st of January 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on the 28th of February 2026 (Promotion Period). If permitted by Bapcor's standard trading terms, participants may return a Bapcor product that was purchased during the Promotion Period provided that all eligible product returns must be made no later than 7th March 2026 following the completion of the Promotion Period (Returns Period) and strictly in accordance with those standard trading terms. No returns will be accepted after the Returns Period to ensure the Promoter can accurately ascertain Reward eligibility.

How to participate. The first 200 trade customer invoices that include any two (2) FUCHS TITAN 205L products (Qualifying Product) on a single invoice during the Promotion Period are eligible to receive one (1) Chicane 95 piece Tool Set (CH1153) (the Reward).

The Reward is one (1) Chicane 95 piece Tool Set (CH1153) at an RRP of $791.20 including GST as at 1/12/2025.

  1. The Reward is available on a first in first served basis, stock is limited to 200 units, and the Reward is only available while stocks last.
  2. Reward allocation is limited to a maximum of two (2) per customer account.

Trade customers who purchase any Dayco product (“Qualifying Product”) during the promotional period are eligible to receive an entry into the draw to win one (1) of four (4) Chicane 50" Tool Trolleys (CH5011MT) and Makita 18V LXT Brushless ½" Impact Wrench Kits (DTW300RTJ) (each a “Reward”).
Participants will receive one (1) entry for every $20 (excluding GST) spent on a single invoice. Entries are calculated on a per-invoice basis only and cannot be accumulated across multiple invoices.

The Reward is 1 of 4 Chicane 50" Tool Trolley (CH5011MT) and Makita 18V LXT Brushless ½" Impact Wrench Kits (DTW300RTJ) at an RRP of $3,559.25 including GST as at 1/12/2025. 

  • The Reward winners will be randomly drawn from all Qualifying Purchases.
  • Rewards drawn at Bapcor New Zealand Support Office, 21-27 Omega Street, Auckland, at 10:30am on 10/03/26.
  • The Judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  • Prize winners notified by a BNT Representative and prize delivered within New Zealand.

  • If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control (for example, due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, public health orders and the like), the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • The Promoter’s standard terms of trade apply. However, to the extent there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the standard terms of trade, these Terms and Conditions prevail for all matters relating to this Promotion.
  • Title to any goods purchased in connection with this Promotion and any Reward shall not pass until Bapcor receives payment in full for those goods.

  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  2. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law), Bapcor (including its officers, employees and agents), as well as the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, exclude all liability (including in negligence), for any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity and any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the Promotion, including the acceptance or use of any Reward, including (without limitation):
    a. any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any participant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise; or
    b. any theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such communications; or
    c. any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion; or
    d. any loss of, damage to, or delay in delivery of the Reward.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, Bapcor is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death related to the Reward.

    Disputes
     
  4. In the case of any dispute pertaining to the Promotion, a participant must notify the Promoter in writing by emailing marketing@bapcor.co.nz. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider a participant’s point of view (taking into account any facts or evidence put forward), and to respond to a participant’s concerns fairly within a reasonable period of time. In all other respects, the decision of the Promoter in connection with all aspects of the Promotion is final.

    Governing law and jurisdiction
     
  5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
  6. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand

    Collection and use of personal information
     
  7. Bapcor will use the personal information collected:
    a. to administer the Promotion, including providing personal information to third party service providers to facilitate providing the participant with the Reward and/or
    b. for future marketing and promotional activities, where participants have indicated their consent to such use by opting in to receive marketing material
  8. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.bapcor.com.au/privacy-policy.php is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions, and provides further information about:
    a. how a participant can seek access to the personal information Bapcor holds and seek the correction of such information; and
    b. how a participant can complain about a breach of privacy and how Bapcor will deal with such a complaint.
  9. If you fail to provide the required personal information, you may not be able to participate in the Promotion and/or receive a Reward. Should the Participant be eligible for a Reward, the participant may be required to provide further personal details to Bapcor to facilitate delivery of the Reward.
  10. Every marketing email and text message Bapcor sends will include a conspicuous and easy-to-use "unsubscribe" link, providing the option of unsubscribing from Bapcor email communications at any time. Once unsubscribed, participants will no longer receive marketing emails from the relevant Bapcor entity.
  11. We may disclose any or all of the participant’s information to any organisation associated with the Promotion (including the Rewards supplier) for the purpose of administering the promotion, providing customer support in relation to the Rewards, and for Bapcor’s promotional, research and/or marketing purposes.

 

CPlus Beach Towel Promotion

The promoter of the Promotion is Bapcor New Zealand Limited (NZBN 9429040798745) of C/- TMF Group, Level 11, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand (Promoter). The Promoter, together with its subsidiaries and associated Business Units (including Brake & Transmission Ltd [T/A BNT] & Truck & Trailer Parts, are referred to in these Terms and Conditions as Bapcor.

The opportunity to participate in this Promotion will be offered by the Promoter to New Zealand business/trade customers of Bapcor. Participants must have a current Bapcor trading account to be able to participate in the Promotion. Sales made under cash sale account(s) are not eligible. 

The Promotion starts at 12.01am on the 1st of January 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on the 28th of February 2026 (Promotion Period). If permitted by Bapcor's standard trading terms, participants may return a Bapcor product that was purchased during the Promotion Period provided that all eligible product returns must be made no later than 7th March 2026 following the completion of the Promotion Period (Returns Period) and strictly in accordance with those standard trading terms. No returns will be accepted after the Returns Period to ensure the Promoter can accurately ascertain Reward eligibility. 

Reward allocation will take place in March 2026 (Reward Allocation Date) and Participants will be notified if they have earned a Reward shortly after reward allocation has taken place. 

How to participate. The first 200 trade customers to purchase ten (10) CPlus Brake Pad sets (Qualifying Product) during the Promotion Period are eligible to receive one (1) Beach Towel (the Reward).

The Reward is one (1) Beach Towel

  1. The Reward is available on a first in first served basis, stock is limited to 200 units, and the Reward is only available while stocks last.
  2. Reward allocation is limited to a maximum of two (2) per customer account.
  3. Delivery of the Reward will take place after the Reward Allocation Date. Participants will be notified of their delivery date. Delivery dates may vary depending on Reward availability, as well as the location of the participant.  
  4. Bapcor reserves the right to change Reward delivery dates and a participant will be advised of any changes if/when they occur.
  5. If a Reward is damaged or defective, participants should contact the Bapcor branch from which the qualifying product was purchased.
  6. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. 
  7. The Reward style may vary, and images shown may not be the exact representation of the product. 
  8. Final Reward allocation is subject to credits/returns being processed against a participant’s account.   
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse credits should it determine purchases were not made in the spirit of the promotion. 
  10. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
