March Mayhem Terms & Conditions

 

 

 

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions unless the context otherwise requires:

  • "Promotion", means the promotion operated by Bapcor and its agents for the business/trade customers of Bapcor Limited.
  • "Bapcor" refers to Bapcor NZ Limited, its subsidiaries and Business Units with which the participant has an account.
  • "Business Units" refers to the following Bapcor companies: Brake & Transmission NZ Ltd [T/A BNT and Autolign], and Truck & Trailer Parts.
  • "Bapcor Leadership Team" means a group of appointed decision makers within Bapcor as determined by Bapcor from time to time.
  • "Manager", or "Promotion Manager" means the person/entity who oversees and manages the “Promotion", as appointed by Bapcor from time to time.
  • "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions referred to in these Terms and Conditions which are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions, including all normal Bapcor, and its subsidiaries, Trading Terms and Conditions found on the trading entity website.
  • "we", "us", or "our" means Bapcor Limited trading as Bapcor.
  • Target spend level indicates the individual spend figure to be eligible for the rewards.
  • Target indicates the value required for achievement of a reward in the "Promotion".
     

Fuchs Cordless Screwdriver Promotion

The promoter of the Promotion is Bapcor New Zealand Limited (NZBN 9429040798745) of C/- TMF Group, Level 11, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand (Promoter). The Promoter, together with its subsidiaries and associated Business Units (including Brake & Transmission Ltd [T/A BNT and Autolign], and Truck & Trailer Parts), are referred to in these Terms and Conditions as Bapcor.

The opportunity to participate in this Promotion will be offered by the Promoter to New Zealand business/trade customers of Bapcor. Participants must have a current Bapcor trading account to be able to participate in the Promotion. Sales made under cash sale account(s) are not eligible.

The Promotion starts at 12.01am on the 1st of March 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on the 31st of March 2025 (Promotion Period). If permitted by Bapcor's standard trading terms, participants may return a Bapcor product that was purchased during the Promotion Period provided that all eligible product returns must be made no later than 4th of April 2025 for March 2025 invoices following the completion of the Promotion Period (Returns Period) and strictly in accordance with those standard trading terms. No returns will be accepted after this date to ensure the Promoter can accurately ascertain Reward eligibility.

Reward allocation will take place for March 2025 invoices in mid-April 2025 (Reward Allocation Date) and Participants will be notified if they have earned a Reward shortly after reward allocation has taken place.

How to participate. Trade customers who spend $1,500 (excl. GST) or more on Fuchs or Superiol product (Qualifying Product) on a single invoice from BNT in the promotional period are eligible to receive 1 x Bosch Go 3 Cordless Screwdriver Kit (Reward).

The Reward is 1x Bosch Go 3 Cordless Screwdriver Kit at an RRP of $160.00 including GST as at 20/02/2025.

  1. The Reward is available on a first in first served basis, stock is limited to 250 units, and the Reward is only available while stocks last.
  2. Reward allocation is limited to a maximum of two (2) per customer account.
  3. Delivery of the Reward will take place after the Reward Allocation Date. Participants will be notified of their delivery date. Delivery dates may vary depending on Reward availability, as well as the location of the participant.  
  4. Bapcor reserves the right to change Reward delivery dates and a participant will be advised of any changes if/when they occur.
  5. If a Reward is damaged or defective, participants should contact the Bapcor branch from which the qualifying product was purchased.
  6. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. 
  7. The Reward style may vary, and images shown may not be the exact representation of the product. 
  8. Final Reward allocation is subject to credits/returns being processed against a participant’s account.   
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse credits should it determine purchases were not made in the spirit of the promotion. 
  10. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 
  11. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 
  12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law), Bapcor (including its officers, employees and agents), as well as the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, exclude all liability (including in negligence), for any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity and any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the Promotion, including the acceptance or use of any Reward, including (without limitation):
    a. any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any participant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise; or
    b. any theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such communications; or
    c. any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion; or
    d. any loss of, damage to, or delay in delivery of the Reward.
  13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. 

 

Ryco Pressure Washer Promotion

The promoter of the Promotion is Bapcor New Zealand Limited (NZBN 9429040798745) of C/- TMF Group, Level 11, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand (Promoter). The Promoter, together with its subsidiaries and associated Business Units (including Brake & Transmission Ltd [T/A BNT and Autolign], and Truck & Trailer Parts), are referred to in these Terms and Conditions as Bapcor.

The opportunity to participate in this Promotion will be offered by the Promoter to New Zealand business/trade customers of Bapcor. Participants must have a current Bapcor trading account to be able to participate in the Promotion. Sales made under cash sale account(s) are not eligible.

The Promotion starts at 12.01am on the 1st of March 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on the 31st of March 2025 (Promotion Period). If permitted by Bapcor's standard trading terms, participants may return a Bapcor product that was purchased during the Promotion Period provided that all eligible product returns must be made no later than 4th of April 2025 for March 2025 invoices following the completion of the Promotion Period (Returns Period) and strictly in accordance with those standard trading terms. No returns will be accepted after this date to ensure the Promoter can accurately ascertain Reward eligibility.

Reward allocation will take place for March 2025 invoices in mid-April 2025 (Reward Allocation Date) and Participants will be notified if they have earned a Reward shortly after reward allocation has taken place.

How to participate. Trade customers who purchase thirty (30) or more Ryco Filters (Qualifying Product) on a single invoice from BNT in the promotional period are eligible to receive 1 x Vyking Force Pressure Washer (Reward).

The Reward is 1x Vyking Force Pressure Washer (VF1885B) at an RRP of $240.00 including GST as at 20/02/2025.

  1. The Reward is available on a first in first served basis, stock is limited to 50 units, and the Reward is only available while stocks last.
  2. Reward allocation is limited to a maximum of two (2) per customer account.
  3. Delivery of the Reward will take place after the Reward Allocation Date. Participants will be notified of their delivery date. Delivery dates may vary depending on Reward availability, as well as the location of the participant.  
  4. Bapcor reserves the right to change Reward delivery dates and a participant will be advised of any changes if/when they occur.
  5. Qualifying product does not include inline fuel filters.
  6. If a Reward is damaged or defective, participants should contact the Bapcor branch from which the qualifying product was purchased.
  7. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. 
  8. The Reward style may vary, and images shown may not be the exact representation of the product.

The Promoter, together with its subsidiaries and associated Business Units (including Brake & Transmission Ltd [T/A BNT and Autolign], and Truck & Trailer Parts), are referred to in these Terms and Conditions as Bapcor.

The opportunity to participate in this Promotion will be offered by the Promoter to New Zealand business/trade customers of Bapcor. Participants must have a current Bapcor trading account to be able to participate in the Promotion. Sales made under cash sale account(s) are not eligible.

  1. The Reward is available on a first in first served basis, stock is limited, and the Reward is only available while stocks last.
  2. Reward allocation is limited to a maximum of one (1) per customer invoice.
  3. Delivery of the Reward will take place at the time of purchase instore at BNT branches.
  4. Bapcor reserves the right to change Reward delivery dates and a participant will be advised of any changes if/when they occur.
  5. If a Reward is damaged or defective, participants should contact the Bapcor branch from which the qualifying product was purchased.
  6. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. 
  7. The Reward style may vary, and images shown may not be the exact representation of the product. 
  8. Final Reward allocation is subject to credits/returns being processed against a participant’s account.

The opportunity to participate in this Promotion will be offered by the Promoter to New Zealand business/trade customers of Bapcor. Participants must have a current Bapcor trading account to be able to participate in the Promotion. Sales made under cash sale account(s) are not eligible.

The Promotion starts at 12.01am on the 1st of March 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on the 31st of March 2025 (Promotion Period). The opportunity to participate in this Promotion will be offered by the Promoter to New Zealand business/trade customers of Bapcor. Participants must have a current Bapcor trading account to be able to participate in the Promotion. Sales made under cash sale account(s) are not eligible.

The Promotion starts at 12.01am on the 1st of March 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on the 31st of March 2025 (Promotion Period).   3. Delivery of the Reward will take place after the Reward Allocation Date. Participants will be notified of their delivery date. Delivery dates may vary depending on Reward availability, as well as the location of the participant.
