Bapcor NZ – BNT Internal Incentive PAT/JAS Promotion
Definitions
- Promotion: The opportunity to participate in this promotion is offered by Bapcor to New Zealand Team Members of Bapcor NZ.
- Promotion Period: Starts at 12:01 AM on November 25, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM on February 28, 2025.
- Reward: The reward trip will take place in March 2025, and Team Members will be notified of their selection shortly after the promotion concludes.
- Disqualified Participants:
a. Team Members not employed by Bapcor NZ at the commencement of the Promotion.
b. Team Members not employed by Bapcor NZ at the Reward date.
c. Team Members in a period of notice.
d. Team Members with a formal Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or recent/current disciplinary activity.
e. Team Members not fully participating in Health, Safety, and Wellbeing initiatives, including Done Safe reporting and attendance/participation at monthly meetings.
f. Individuals under the age of 18.
Eligibility Criteria
1. To qualify for the Promotion, BNT branches must achieve sales exceeding 90% of their assigned PAT and JAS (EN:05 and EN:11) sales budgets for the Promotion Period.
Sales Pools
2. Six (6) sales pools will be based on the F25 budget for EN:05 and EN:11.
3. The branch with the highest percentage sales increase in each pool, relative to its assigned budget, will qualify for a reward trip.
4. Each pool will have one winner, and the top-performing branch in each pool will receive recognition and a reward.
Sales Target and Budget
5. Each branch will be assigned a sales budget for the Promotion Period.
6. Sales performance will be calculated by comparing actual sales to budgeted sales.
7. Branches must exceed 90% of their assigned budget to qualify for rewards.
8. The branch with the highest percentage above budget in each pool will win, regardless of absolute sales figures.
Disputes and Discrepancies
9. In the event of disputes about sales figures or performance, the decision of the BNT National Sales Manager (NSM) will be final.
10. All sales figures must adhere to Bapcor's reporting standards.
11. Bapcor reserves the right to disqualify participants for sales not made in the spirit of the promotion.
Rewards
12. Winning branches will be invited to a group dinner at a restaurant selected by the NSM. Partners or guests may attend.
13. One Team Member from each winning branch, along with their partner, will receive a trip to Sydney, Australia, for 3 days and 2 nights, including flights, meals, and accommodation.
14. Rewards are subject to senior management approval and may be adjusted or withheld at management’s discretion.
Entry
15. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
16. The Promotion is open to Bapcor NZ Team Members employed in BNT branches only. Disqualified Participants are ineligible.
17. Bapcor reserves the right to exclude any individual from participation on reasonable grounds.
18. Bapcor may refuse to award prizes if an entrant violates the Rules or gains an unfair advantage.
Winning the Prize
23. Only Team Members working in the winning branch during the Promotion Period can win prizes.
24. Winners will be determined as set out in the Rules or by the NSM, whose decision is final.
25. Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and must be claimed in person with valid identification (e.g., passport).
Travel Prize Conditions
26. Winners and companions must have valid passports and visas.
27. Travel expenses not explicitly covered in the prize, such as spending money, meals, and insurance, are the winner's responsibility.
28. The prize must be taken as specified and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Bapcor NZ Responsibility
29. Bapcor reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the Promotion for any reason.
30. Bapcor is not liable for technical malfunctions, product delays, or other disruptions affecting the Promotion.
31. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bapcor is not liable for loss, injury, or damages related to Promotion participation or prizes.
Acceptance
32. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
33. Prizes will be forfeited if winners do not accept the terms and conditions.
