The promoter of the Promotion is Bapcor New Zealand Limited (NZBN 9429040798745) of C/- TMF Group, Level 11, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand (Promoter). The Promoter, together with its subsidiaries and associated Business Units (including Brake & Transmission Ltd [T/A BNT and Autolign] & Truck & Trailer Parts, are referred to in these Terms and Conditions as Bapcor.

The opportunity to participate in this Promotion will be offered by the Promoter to New Zealand business/trade customers of Bapcor. Participants must have a current Bapcor trading account to be able to participate in the Promotion. Sales made under cash sale account(s) are not eligible. 

The Promotion starts at 12.01am on the 1st of August 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on the 31st of August 2025 (Promotion Period). If permitted by Bapcor's standard trading terms, participants may return a Bapcor product that was purchased during the Promotion Period provided that all eligible product returns must be made no later than 8th September 2025 following the completion of the Promotion Period (Returns Period) and strictly in accordance with those standard trading terms. No returns will be accepted after this date to ensure the Promoter can accurately ascertain Reward eligibility.  

Reward allocation will take place in August 2025 (Reward Allocation Date) and Participants will be notified if they have earned a Reward at time of purchase.  

How to participate. Trade customers who purchase any thirty (30) Wesfil products (Qualifying Product) on a single invoice in the promotional period are eligible to receive 2x WZ386-BONUS, 2x WZ436-BONUS, 2x WZ411-BONUS, 2x WZ418-BONUS, and 2x WZ79-BONUS Oil Filters (Reward).   

The Reward is 2x WZ386-BONUS, 2x WZ436-BONUS, 2x WZ411-BONUS, 2x WZ418-BONUS, and 2x WZ79-BONUS Oil Filters at an RRP of $244.40 including GST. 

  1. The Reward is available on a first in first served basis and quantities are limited.
  2. Delivery of the Reward will take place at time of purchase where possible. Participants will be notified of their delivery date. Delivery dates may vary depending on Reward availability, as well as the location of the participant.  
  3. Bapcor reserves the right to change Reward delivery dates and a participant will be advised of any changes if/when they occur.  
  4. If a Reward is damaged or defective, participants should contact the Bapcor branch from which the Qualifying Product was purchased.
  5. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. 
  6. In the event that a Reward is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a substitute Reward. 
  7. The filter style may vary, and images shown may not be the exact representation of the product. 
  8. Final Reward allocation is subject to credits/returns being processed against a participant’s account.   
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse credits should it determine purchases were not made in the spirit of the promotion.
  10. Ineligible products and charges include freight, third-party labour, installation costs, procured products, and services.
  11. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with, or to be combined with, any other promotional offer, discount, voucher, or incentive, whether current or previously offered, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  12. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from your participation in this Promotion or your redemption of a Reward. You should seek independent financial advice.
  13. Participants are responsible for ensuring any details provided to Bapcor in connection with the Promotion are correct.
  14. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control (for example, due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, public health orders and the like), the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
  15. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  16. The Promoter’s standard terms of trade apply. However, to the extent there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the standard terms of trade, these Terms and Conditions prevail for all matters relating to this Promotion.
  17. Title to any goods purchased in connection with this Promotion and any Reward shall not pass until Bapcor receives payment in full for those goods.

 

Bapcor’s liability

  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  2. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law), Bapcor (including its officers, employees and agents), as well as the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, exclude all liability (including in negligence), for any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity and any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the Promotion, including the acceptance or use of any Reward, including (without limitation):
    a. any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any participant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise; or
    b. any theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such communications; or
    c. any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion; or
    d. any loss of, damage to, or delay in delivery of the Reward.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, Bapcor is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death related to the Reward.

    Disputes
     
  4. In the case of any dispute pertaining to the Promotion, a participant must notify the Promoter in writing by emailing marketing@bapcor.co.nz. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider a participant’s point of view (taking into account any facts or evidence put forward), and to respond to a participant’s concerns fairly within a reasonable period of time. In all other respects, the decision of the Promoter in connection with all aspects of the Promotion is final.

    Governing law and jurisdiction
     
  5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
  6. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand

    Collection and use of personal information
     
  7. Bapcor will use the personal information collected:
    a. to administer the Promotion, including providing personal information to third party service providers to facilitate providing the participant with the Reward and/or
    b. for future marketing and promotional activities, where participants have indicated their consent to such use by opting in to receive marketing material
  8. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.bapcor.com.au/privacy-policy.php is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions, and provides further information about:
    a. how a participant can seek access to the personal information Bapcor holds and seek the correction of such information; and
    b. how a participant can complain about a breach of privacy and how Bapcor will deal with such a complaint.
  9. If you fail to provide the required personal information, you may not be able to participate in the Promotion and/or receive a Reward. Should the Participant be eligible for a Reward, the participant may be required to provide further personal details to Bapcor to facilitate delivery of the Reward.
  10. Every marketing email and text message Bapcor sends will include a conspicuous and easy-to-use "unsubscribe" link, providing the option of unsubscribing from Bapcor email communications at any time. Once unsubscribed, participants will no longer receive marketing emails from the relevant Bapcor entity.
  11. We may disclose any or all of the participant’s information to any organisation associated with the Promotion (including the Rewards supplier) for the purpose of administering the promotion, providing customer support in relation to the Rewards, and for Bapcor’s promotional, research and/or marketing purposes.

  • The Reward is available on a first in first served basis, stock is limited to 200 units, and the Reward is only available while stocks last. 
  • Reward allocation is limited to a maximum of one (1) per customer account. 
  • Delivery of the Reward will take place after the Reward Allocation Date. Participants will be notified of their delivery date. Delivery dates may vary depending on Reward availability, as well as the location of the participant.

  1. "Grocery Favourites Pack promotion", the Manager, and Bapcor make no representations in relation to the tax consequences of participation in the "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion". The participant must not rely upon statements or representations that may be made.
  2. Neither "Grocery Favourites Pack", the Manager nor Bapcor accepts any liability for any current or future taxation requirement that may be imposed on any participant.
  3. To the full extent permitted by law, the Manager, Bapcor and their agents and contractors exclude all liability for any loss, damage, claim, injury, cost, or expense suffered or incurred by any person in connection with the "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion", including, but not limited to:
    ◦ Any indirect, economic, or consequential loss.
    ◦ Any loss arising from the negligence of "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion", the Manager, or Bapcor.
    ◦ Any liability for personal injury or death.
    ◦ Any illness, allergic reaction, or injury arising from the consumption of food provided as part of the "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion".
  4. "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion", the Manager, Bapcor and their agents and contractors assume no responsibility for:  any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion" or any participant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise; or
    ◦ any theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such communications; or
    ◦ any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion".
  5. If for any reason the promotion is cancelled, Bapcor will offer alternatives at their sole discretion, as determined by Bapcor. Bapcor is the sole decider of whether the promotion can go ahead or not.

 

Participant Obligations

  1. The Participant must take their own legal and accounting advice in relation to their participation in the "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion", in particular, in relation to current and future tax consequences of being a participant in the "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion" and of redeeming Rewards.
  2. Promotion rewards are to be provided to the legal entities purchasing Bapcor goods required to reach purchase target.
  3. Participants are responsible to pay all tax imposed in relation to the participation in the "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion" if required.
  4. Participants are responsible for ensuring any details provided to the "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion", the Manager, or Bapcor are correct.

 

Disputes

  1. In the case of any dispute and/or any matters pertaining to the "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion", the decision of Bapcor will be final.
  2. If the participant disagrees with any details of the "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion" spend balance, contact the manager in the first instance. Bapcor will investigate the disagreement and report back with the result of the investigation as soon as practicable. If we establish that a mistake did occur, we will correct it.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  1. "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion", the Manager, and Bapcor reserve the right to change the reward procedures at any time. All participants will be advised of any changes if/when they occur.
  2. "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion", the Manager, and Bapcor reserve the right to change the rewards at any time. All participants will be advised of any changes if/when they occur.

Changes to or Termination of Participants involvement of "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion"

Without notice 

  1. Bapcor may terminate the participants involvement in "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion", without notice and for any reason, including forfeiture of any rewards, including if the participant:
    ◦ fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions; or
    ◦ Supplies any misleading information or makes any misrepresentations to "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion" in connection with the "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion"; or
    ◦ abuses any privilege accorded to the participant under the "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion"; or
    ◦ does not spend at Bapcor or its subsidiaries or Business Units; or
    ◦ dies or becomes bankrupt; or
    ◦ is placed into liquidation or receivership; or
    ◦ Any breach of requested and acknowledged confidentiality pertaining to the Promotion; or
    ◦ Suspicion of fraud; or
    ◦ Failure to operate in good faith; or
    ◦ Non-payment of any overdue accounts related to the participants “Hamper Promotion” account.

 

Statements and Notices

  1. Participants agree to receive notifications from Bapcor New Zealand and any of its subsidiary businesses (BNT and Truck & Trailer Parts).
  2. Expect to receive emails from us at the address provided. We respect participants time and inbox space; therefore, we commit to transparency: Our emails will clearly identify Bapcor or its subsidiary businesses (BNT and Truck & Trailer Parts) as the sender, and the subject lines will accurately reflect the content of the email.
  3. Consent: Participants are receiving these emails because they have expressly provided an email address and consented to receive communications from us.
  4. Unsubscribe Option: Every marketing email we send will include a conspicuous and easy-to-use "unsubscribe" link, providing the option of unsubscribing from Bapcor email communications at any time. Once unsubscribed, participants will no longer receive marketing emails from us.
  5. Security: We take the security of data seriously and employ industry-standard measures to protect it.
  6. If at any time the participant wishes to change email preferences or has any questions about our email marketing practices, please contact us at marketing@bapcor.co.nz. Participant feedback is important to us, and we are committed to delivering a positive email experience.
  7. By continuing to receive our emails, the participant acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.
  8. Participants may opt out of receiving notifications related to the Promotion by written request directed to: "Hamper Promotion" Manager, "Hamper Promotion" Private Bag 93529, Takapuna, Auckland 0740, or via email to marketing@bapcor.co.nz.
  9. Bapcor will not be responsible for correspondence lost or delayed through mail or email. The participant is responsible for advising Bapcor of any change of email or address.

 

Confidentiality of Participant Information

  1. Personal information about participants may be collected by Bapcor. This information will be used by Bapcor for marketing purposes, planning and research. Participants may, under the provisions of the Privacy Act 1993, request access to and have corrected their personal information held by Bapcor. These requests must be in writing to Bapcor Marketing, "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion", Private Bag 93529, Takapuna, Auckland, or via email to marketing@bapcor.co.nz.
  2. Participants names and details may be used by Bapcor for promotional purposes and the participant agrees to participate in any publicity that the "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion", the Manager, or Bapcor may reasonably require.
  3. We may disclose any or all of the participants information to any organisation associated with the Promotion for the promotional, research or marketing purposes of those Rewards Supplier or other organisations. When the participant is dealing with us by telephone the call may be recorded for verification or training purposes.

 

Miscellaneous

  1. All "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion" enquiries must be directed to "Grocery Favourites Pack Promotion" Programme Manager marketing@bapcor.co.nz Instructions appearing on any and all literature form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  3. Bapcor NZ Ltd normal terms of trade apply.
