The Promoter and its subsidiaries and associated business units are referred to in these Terms and Conditions as Bapcor. This promotion is offered through BNT.

  3. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period

  1. The promotion starts at 12:01am on 19 October 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on 23 October 2026, New Zealand time (Promotion Period), while promotional stocks last.

How to participate

  1. Purchase either of the following products (Qualifying Product) from BNT during the Promotion Period to receive the corresponding bonus product (Reward):
    1. One Castrol MAGNATEC SUV 5W-30 C2/C3 205L drum, part number 3433218, and receive one bonus 20L container of Castrol MAGNATEC SUV 5W-30, part number 3433217.
    2. One Castrol VECTON 15W-40 CK-4/E9 205L drum, part number 3419920, and receive one bonus 20L container of Castrol VECTON 15W-40 CK-4/E9, part number 3419919.
  2. Each qualifying 205L drum purchased entitles the participant to one corresponding Reward, subject to stock availability. Multiple qualifying drums may be purchased on the same invoice.
  3. Qualifying Products must be invoiced to the participant’s BNT trading account during the Promotion Period. Quotes, unfulfilled orders and purchases invoiced outside the Promotion Period do not qualify.
  4. No separate claim is required. Participants will be advised at the time of purchase whether a Reward is available with their qualifying purchase.

Reward allocation and conditions

  1. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Allocation is determined by the chronological order in which qualifying invoices are processed.
  2. Participants should confirm Qualifying Product and Reward availability with their BNT branch before purchasing.
  3. Rewards are supplied only with a qualifying purchase and cannot be claimed separately. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or another alternative.
  4. If a Reward cannot be supplied immediately after allocation, BNT will advise the participant of the collection or delivery arrangements. Bapcor may change those arrangements where reasonably necessary and will notify affected participants.
  5. If a Reward is damaged or defective, participants should contact the BNT branch from which the Qualifying Product was purchased.
  6. Images are indicative only. Packaging may vary, but the Reward must correspond to the oil specified in condition 5.
  7. All advertised prices exclude GST unless expressly stated otherwise.

Returns and credits

  1. Returns are subject to BNT’s standard trading terms and any applicable statutory rights. Cancelled or fully credited purchases do not qualify for a Reward.
  2. If a Qualifying Product is returned for a change-of-mind refund, the corresponding Reward must also be returned unused and in its original condition. If the Reward cannot be returned in that condition, any deduction from the refund must be disclosed and agreed with the participant, subject to applicable law.
  3. Where only part of a qualifying purchase is returned or credited, Reward eligibility will be recalculated against the Qualifying Products retained.
  4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits a participant’s rights in relation to faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied products.

General conditions

  1. Participants are responsible for ensuring that any details provided in connection with the promotion are accurate. The Promoter may reasonably request proof of purchase or other information necessary to verify eligibility.
  2. The Promoter may withhold a Reward where it reasonably determines that a participant has engaged in fraud, tampering or a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  3. BNT’s standard trading terms apply. If there is an inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions prevail for matters specifically relating to this promotion.
  4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Bapcor’s liability

  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies under the Fair Trading Act 1986, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be restricted, excluded or modified.
  2. Subject to condition 24 and to the extent permitted by law, Bapcor, its officers, employees and agents, and the agencies and companies associated with the promotion exclude liability, including liability in negligence, for indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of a Reward.
  3. Subject to condition 24, this exclusion includes loss arising from:
    1. Errors, omissions, interruptions or delays in communications caused by communication networks, computer systems, software, internet service providers or network congestion.
    2. Theft, destruction, unauthorised access to or alteration of promotion-related communications.
    3. Technical malfunctions affecting systems or equipment used to administer the promotion.
    4. Loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of a Reward.
  4. These liability provisions do not remove any obligation or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Disputes

  1. Participants should notify the Promoter of any promotion-related dispute in writing by emailing BAPNZ.Marketing@bapcor.com. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider the participant’s concerns and supporting evidence and respond fairly within a reasonable period.
  2. The Promoter’s decisions concerning administration of the promotion are final, subject to applicable law and the participant’s right to seek any available legal remedy.

Collection and use of personal information

  1. Bapcor will use personal information collected in connection with the promotion to:
    1. Verify eligibility and qualifying purchases.
    2. Administer the promotion and arrange the allocation, collection or delivery of Rewards.
    3. Communicate with participants and provide customer support relating to the promotion.
  2. Bapcor may disclose information reasonably necessary for those purposes to organisations assisting with the promotion, including Reward suppliers and delivery or service providers.
  3. Personal information will be used for future marketing and promotional activities where participants have consented to that use or where otherwise permitted by law. Participation in the promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
  4. Marketing emails and text messages will include an easy-to-use unsubscribe facility. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect a participant’s entitlement to a Reward.
  5. If a participant does not provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility or arrange supply of a Reward, Bapcor may be unable to complete that verification or supply the Reward.
  6. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Bapcor’s Privacy Policy. Participants may request a copy of the policy, access to or correction of their personal information, or raise a privacy concern by contacting Bapcor at BAPNZ.Marketing@bapcor.com.

Governing law and jurisdiction

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the promotion or these Terms and Conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
