Pit Stop Filtration Promotion Terms & Conditions
The promoter of the Promotion is Bapcor New Zealand Limited (NZBN 9429040798745) of C/- TMF Group, Level 11, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand (Promoter). The Promoter, together with its subsidiaries and associated Business Units (including Brake & Transmission Ltd [T/A BNT and Autolign], Truck & Trailer Parts and Precision Equipment New Zealand Limited), are referred to in these Terms and Conditions as Bapcor.
The opportunity to participate in this Promotion will be offered by the Promoter to New Zealand Pit Stop franchisee customers of Bapcor. Participants must have a current Bapcor trading account to be able to participate in the Promotion. Sales made under cash sale account(s) are not eligible.
The Promotion starts at 12.01am on the 1st of February 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on the 28th of February 2025 (Promotion Period). If permitted by Bapcor's standard trading terms, participants may return a Bapcor product that was purchased during the Promotion Period provided that all eligible product returns must be made no later than 8th of March 2025 following the completion of the Promotion Period (Returns Period) and strictly in accordance with those standard trading terms. No returns will be accepted after this date to ensure the Promoter can accurately ascertain Reward eligibility.
Reward allocation will take place in late-March 2025 (Reward Allocation Date) and Participants will be notified if they have earned a Reward shortly after reward allocation has taken place.
How to participate. Pit Stop franchisees who purchase any BNT Filtration product(s) to the value of $1,000 or above (excl GST) from BNT in the promotional period are eligible to receive 1 x 15% off the total BNT Filtration purchase amount.
- The BNT Filtration purchase amount will be determined by sales data in the promotor’s system.
- Delivery of the reward will take place after the Reward Allocation Date. Participants will be notified of their delivery date.
- Bapcor reserves the right to change reward delivery dates and a participant will be advised of any changes if/when they occur.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
- Rewards cannot be redeemed during the Promotion Period.
- Final Reward allocation is subject to credits/returns being processed against a participant’s account.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse credits should it determine purchases were not made in the spirit of the promotion.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law), Bapcor (including its officers, employees and agents), as well as the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, exclude all liability (including in negligence), for any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity and any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the Promotion, including the acceptance or use of any Reward, including (without limitation):
a. any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any participant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise; or
b. any theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such communications; or
c. any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion; or
d. any loss of, damage to, or delay in delivery of the Reward. - These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
