Trade Supporter Promotion Terms & Conditions

RYCO Fat Bastard Pies Promotion

The promoter of the Promotion is Bapcor New Zealand Limited (NZBN 9429040798745) of C/- TMF Group, Level 11, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand (Promoter).
The Promoter, together with its subsidiaries and associated business units, including BNT and Truck & Trailer Parts, are collectively referred to in these Terms and Conditions as Bapcor.

Participation in the Promotion is open to New Zealand business/trade customers of Bapcor that hold a current Bapcor trading account and purchase the Qualifying Purchase from BNT (each a Participant). Sales made under cash sale accounts are not eligible. Competing automotive parts retailers and resellers are not eligible to participate.

These Terms and Conditions must be read together with the terms shown on the promotional flyer (Flyer Terms). The Flyer Terms are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

Redemption of a Reward and the selection, ordering and delivery of pies are also subject to Fat Bastard Pies’ terms and conditions. Bapcor’s Terms and Conditions govern eligibility for and issuance of the Reward. Fat Bastard Pies’ terms and conditions govern redemption of the e-voucher and fulfilment of the pie order.

The Promotion starts at 12:01 am on 7 September 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm on 16 October 2026 (Promotion Period).

Subject to Bapcor’s standard trading terms, returns and credits processed by 22 October 2026 (Returns Period) will be taken into account when initial Reward eligibility is assessed. Any subsequent return or credit may also result in Reward eligibility being reassessed. A return or credit that reduces the number of RYCO filters retained on the qualifying invoice to fewer than 40 will cancel eligibility for the Reward. If a Reward has already been issued before eligibility is cancelled, Bapcor may cancel the e-voucher where it has not been redeemed or seek recovery of the reasonable value of the Reward, subject to applicable law.

Reward Allocation is expected to occur during October or November 2026 after eligible returns and credits have been processed. Eligible Participants will be notified by email once allocation is complete.

Qualifying Purchase means the purchase of 40 or more eligible RYCO filters from BNT on a single qualifying invoice during the Promotion Period, excluding universal inline fuel filters, returns, credits and any filters subsequently returned or credited. Universal inline fuel filters do not count towards the minimum qualifying quantity of 40 filters.

How to Participate. A Participant who makes a Qualifying Purchase will be eligible for one Pie Club Box e-voucher for eight Fat Bastard pies (Reward), subject to the Reward limits and allocation provisions in these Terms and Conditions.

The Reward is one Pie Club Box e-voucher, redeemable for a box of eight Fat Bastard pies delivered to an eligible address, with an RRP of $77 including GST as at 12 August 2026.

Reward redemption, expiry and food information

The Reward must be redeemed online through the Fat Bastard Pies Pie Club. Participants may select their preferred pie flavours, subject to availability at the time of redemption, and arrange delivery to an eligible New Zealand residential or business address. Redemption, ordering and delivery are also subject to Fat Bastard Pies’ terms and conditions.

The e-voucher must be loaded to a Fat Bastard Pies Pie Club account within 12 months of its issue date. Any e-voucher not loaded within that period will expire.

Bapcor is responsible for determining Reward eligibility and issuing the promotional e-voucher. If an e-voucher is not received or cannot be redeemed, the Participant should contact Bapcor at BAPNZ.Marketing@bapcor.com. Fat Bastard Pies is responsible for fulfilling redeemed orders and managing product and delivery-related enquiries. Any damaged, defective, missing or incorrectly delivered products must be reported directly to Fat Bastard Pies in accordance with its terms and conditions.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the ingredients, allergen information and product labelling provided by Fat Bastard Pies before selecting, handling or consuming any pies. Participants with food allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements should contact Fat Bastard Pies before placing an order to confirm whether the selected products are suitable for them.

Delivery is available only to eligible New Zealand residential or business addresses, as confirmed by the Fat Bastard Pies address checker. Addresses identified as non-urban/rural delivery zones are not supported.

1. A total of 200 Rewards are available. Rewards will be allocated in chronological order based on the invoice date and time recorded in Bapcor’s sales system, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. One Reward will be issued per qualifying invoice, up to a maximum of four Rewards per customer account during the Promotion Period. Purchases cannot be accumulated across invoices.
3. Available order and delivery dates are determined by Fat Bastard Pies and may vary by location, capacity and availability.
4. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
5. Images of pies, packaging and flavours are for illustrative purposes only. Pie flavours are subject to availability at the time of redemption.
6. The Promoter may refuse or cancel Reward eligibility where it reasonably determines that invoices, purchases, returns or credits have been structured or processed primarily to obtain a Reward in a manner inconsistent with the Promotion’s stated requirements.
7. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Bapcor’s liability

1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
2. The Promoter is responsible for administering the Promotion, determining Reward eligibility and issuing promotional e-vouchers. Fat Bastard Pies is responsible for fulfilling redeemed orders and addressing enquiries relating to pie selection, ingredients, allergens, ordering and delivery in accordance with its terms and conditions.
3. To the extent permitted by law, Bapcor is not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of a Reward.
    

​Disputes

In the case of any dispute pertaining to the Promotion, a Participant must notify the Promoter in writing by emailing BAPNZ.Marketing@bapcor.com. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider a Participant’s point of view (taking into account any facts or evidence put forward), and to respond to a Participant’s concerns fairly within a reasonable period of time. In all other respects, the decision of the Promoter in connection with all aspects of the Promotion is final.

Governing law and jurisdiction

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
    

Collection and use of personal information

1. Bapcor will collect and use personal information to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, issue Rewards, respond to enquiries and, where required, provide relevant information to Fat Bastard Pies or another service provider for Reward fulfilment and customer support.
2. Bapcor will use personal information for future marketing or promotional activities only where the Participant has provided the required consent. Participants may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe facility in the relevant communication.
3. Bapcor may disclose the personal information reasonably required to administer the Promotion or fulfil a Reward to organisations associated with the Promotion, including Fat Bastard Pies.
4. If a Participant does not provide the information required to verify eligibility or issue the Reward, the Participant may not be able to participate in the Promotion or receive a Reward. Delivery details will be provided by the Participant directly through the Fat Bastard Pies redemption and ordering process.
5. ​Bapcor’s applicable Privacy Policy explains how Participants may request access to or correction of their personal information and how they may make a privacy complaint.

 

ACS Fat Bastard Pies Promotion

Reward Allocation is expected to occur during October or November 2026 after eligible returns and credits have been processed. Eligible Participants will be notified by email once allocation is complete.

Qualifying Purchase means the purchase of products from BNT with a net invoiced value of at least $500 excluding GST on a single qualifying invoice during the Promotion Period, where that invoice includes at least one eligible ACS Clutch Kit. The qualifying invoice value is calculated after discounts and excludes GST, freight, third-party labour and installation charges, returns, credits and any products subsequently returned or credited.

How to Participate. A Participant who makes a Qualifying Purchase will be eligible for one Pie Club Box e-voucher for eight Fat Bastard pies (Reward), subject to the Reward limits and allocation provisions in these Terms and Conditions.

The Reward is one Pie Club Box e-voucher, redeemable for a box of eight Fat Bastard pies delivered to an eligible address, with an RRP of $77 including GST as at 12 August 2026.

FUCHS Chicane Wrench Set Promotion

If a Reward has already been issued before eligibility is cancelled, Bapcor may seek the return of the Reward or recovery of its reasonable value, subject to applicable law.

Reward Allocation is expected to occur during October or November 2026 after eligible returns and credits have been processed. Qualifying customers will be identified automatically and communicated to the relevant Branch Managers. No claim is required.

Qualifying Purchase means the purchase of at least one eligible FUCHS 205L drum plus two eligible FUCHS 20L packs from BNT on a single qualifying invoice during the Promotion Period, excluding returns, credits and any products subsequently returned or credited.
Purchases cannot be accumulated across separate invoices to meet the Qualifying Purchase requirements.

How to Participate. A Participant who makes a Qualifying Purchase will be eligible to receive one Chicane 28-piece Combination Wrench Set, part number CH6025 (Reward), subject to the Reward limits and allocation provisions in these Terms and Conditions.

The Reward is one Chicane 28-piece Combination Wrench Set (CH6025), with an RRP of $594.55 including GST at the time of publication.

• A total of 100 Rewards are available. Rewards will be allocated in chronological order based on the invoice date and time recorded in Bapcor’s sales system, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promotion is limited to the first 100 qualifying invoices and is available only while Reward stocks last.
• A maximum of one Reward will be issued per qualifying invoice.
• A qualifying invoice containing more than one FUCHS 205L drum and two FUCHS 20L packs will still qualify for a maximum of one Reward.
• Purchases cannot be combined or accumulated across invoices.
• Rewards will be distributed to the Bapcor branches associated with the qualifying Participants. Participants may be required to collect their Reward from the applicable branch.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or credit.
• Images of the Reward are for illustrative purposes only.
• The Promoter may refuse or cancel Reward eligibility where it reasonably determines that invoices, purchases, returns or credits have been structured or processed primarily to obtain a Reward in a manner inconsistent with the Promotion’s stated requirements.

Fuwa K Hitch Fifth Wheel Promotion

Participation in the Promotion is open to New Zealand business/trade customers of Bapcor that hold a current Bapcor trading account and make a Qualifying Purchase from Truck & Trailer Parts during the Promotion Period (each a Participant). Sales made under cash sale accounts are not eligible. Competing automotive parts retailers and resellers are not eligible to participate.

These Terms and Conditions must be read together with the terms shown on the promotional flyer (Flyer Terms). The Flyer Terms are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

If the Reward has already been supplied, Bapcor may seek its return or recovery of its reasonable value, subject to applicable law.

Qualifying Products means the following Fuwa K Hitch fifth wheel assemblies advertised as part of the Promotion:

Qualifying Purchase means the purchase of one or more Qualifying Products from Truck & Trailer Parts on a qualifying invoice during the Promotion Period, excluding returns, credits and any Qualifying Products subsequently returned or credited.

How to Participate. A Participant who purchases a Qualifying Product during the Promotion Period will be eligible to receive two 450g grease cartridges, part number LXMO-2-450 (Reward), subject to Reward stock availability and these Terms and Conditions.

The Reward is two 450g grease cartridges, part number LXMO-2-450.

• One Reward will be provided for each Qualifying Product purchased.
• For the avoidance of doubt, a Participant who purchases two Qualifying Products will be eligible to receive two Rewards, comprising a total of four 450g grease cartridges, subject to availability and these Terms and Conditions.
• The Reward applies only to the two Qualifying Products identified in these Terms and Conditions. The purchase of any other Fuwa K Hitch product or fifth wheel does not qualify.
• Rewards are available only while stocks last.
• Rewards cannot be accumulated through purchases of non-qualifying products.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or credit.
• If Reward stock is unavailable at the time of purchase, no cash, credit, substitute product or rain check will be provided, except where otherwise required by law.
• Images of the Qualifying Products and Reward are indicative only and may not depict the actual products supplied.
• The Promoter may refuse or cancel Reward eligibility where it reasonably determines that invoices, purchases, returns or credits have been structured or processed primarily to obtain a Reward in a manner inconsistent with the Promotion’s stated requirements.
• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
